Returns & Refund Eligibility

  • We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging.

  • Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene and health reasons, certain wellness and personal care items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Process for Returns

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
